Occupational Health & Safety Policy

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara, a plastic manufacturing company in Indonesia, is firmly committed to implementing and maintaining an effective Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.

This policy is established to support the Company's vision: “To become one of the leading companies with sustainable growth through the management of the best and most reliable resources.” It also demonstrates to all stakeholders that we are continuously committed to creating, providing, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, customers, suppliers, visitors, and business partners.

Through this commitment, PT Frina Lestari Nusantara strives to ensure that occupational health, safety, and environmental considerations are integrated into all aspects of its operations and business activities.

Prevent occupational disease with manage health hazard & risk at work areas
Maintains employees' occupational health through regular medical check up
Prevent accident, nearmiss, & fire accident with manage safety hazard & risk at work areas
Ensure that all personnel, machinery, equipment, and the workplace environment are maintained in a safe and secure condition at all times
Prevent environment pollution with manage environment aspect & impact at work areas. Continuously pursue waste reduction initiatives & prevent new generate waste
Maintain resources, monitoring and controlling energy usage. Cointinously pursue greenhouse gas emissions reduction arising from its operational activities. Monitoring hazardous and general material (within and outside the country)

Ensure that all work activities are identified, assessed, and conducted in compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, environmental (HSE) laws, regulations, and other relevant requirements.
Consistently prioritize and maintain customer satisfaction by delivering high value and excellence in all occupational health, safety, and environmental aspects.
Provide adequate HSE training, education, and awareness programs for all employees to foster a strong safety culture, environmental responsibility, and collective commitment to achieving the Company's HSE objectives.
Continuously enhance the effectiveness of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (OHSEMS) through performance evaluation, monitoring, and continual improvement initiatives.
Commit to promoting and facilitating employee participation and consultation in all relevant occupational health, safety, and environmental matters.
