Vacuum forming is a manufacturing method used to shape plastic materials. During the process, the plastic sheet is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum.
We have both rotary machines & single machines. The rotary machine spec max mold 2300 mm x 1300 mm with 8 mm of maximum material thickness. The single machine spec max mold 1300 mm x 960 mm with a max material thickness of 5 mm.
