Extrusion blow molding is a process by which plastic is "blown" into a mold cavity. Think of it like closing a mold on a hot balloon, then blowing the balloon up inside the mold cavity. Once the hot balloon comes in contact with the cool surface of the crater, it takes shape and solidifies.
We have 12 blow molding machines in various capacities (from 2.5 to 25 Kg). After the blow molding process, we trim the molded parts to remove waste, assembled, and tested, ensuring the produced parts meet our standard quality.
